Automated individual decision-making is data processing that has significant consequences for you (eg failure to conclude a contract) and in which no people are directly involved. Therefore, only automatic means (applications, software, algorithms, etc.) are used. Profiling means automated processing of data to assess certain personal aspects of a person (work performance, economic situation, health, behavior, preference or tracking).
